My contract runs out in 2 weeks. I've had an email from TT but think i'll leave as the cost is too high and I can get faster and cheaper broadband from SKY. Do I have to wait til the 2 weeks have gone before I can switch and will I have to pay  a penalty if I switch beforehand?

If you have less than 30 days on your contract you can give notice to leave without penalty.

 

Have you spoken to the Loyalty Team to discuss a new contract or upgrading?

 

This team hold the best deals and it's usually worth speaking with them before negotiating with an alternative supplier.
