Contract ending: option to move onto a new, matching Fast Broadband and Line Rental contract for £19.95 per month for another 18 months - so selected this option 19th Feb, should have received email confirmation within 10 days - nothing received.
However have just had email stating I've been moved to a new price of £34.00 per month.
Cannot find any means to contact TalkTalk to sort this. Can anyone help me please?

Is then number in your profile correct, that number was disconnected in December 2021?
