YOU’VE MISSED THE EQUIPMENT RETURNS DEADLINE
I returned the equipment at the Post Office 18th Dec 2023.
Tracked it (XE965122086GB) and it was delivered to EN37EP on the 20th Dec 2023.
Any advice would be appreciate.

Hi,
I've raised this with support staff to hopefully they will respond soon.
I appreciate you have given the tracking number but it may be an idea to take a photo of the receipt and add it here as a record.
