For two weeks I have had an intermittent internet connection. I have spoken on the live chat to 6 different people and 2 on the telephone for a total of 7 hours and 25 minutes. Last night the person I was talking to hung up on me and my situation has still not been resolved. Line tests, router tests have been carried out I was also told to switch of the router and wait 30 mins then switch it back on.
I have since found when the router is switched off and on again, I get a internet connection which eventually drops out again after severl minutes. Can anyone help resolve this. Up until two weeks ago I have had no issues for the last 4 years!

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Line test is passing, are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?
