Hello, today was the day when my internet was supposed to be live and the engineer from open reach would also be coming today between 1pm to 6pm and due to this I waited the entire day but the engineer did not come. Due to this I could not do anything else and now I am highly disappointed from talk talk service therefore, I do not want your internet and the want to give you back the device which I have received which is unused.

Did the engineer attend and install the ONT box? What lights are currently on the ONT pleasse?

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

@muneebbhatti, cancellation must be done by phoning Talktalk. It can't be done via the forum:

Or wait for staff to reach your thread during the day and allow them time to look into this for you. 

 

You should receive compensation for the delayed start to your service and the no show of the engineer:
