I do not use my land line at all.   can get my internet with talk talk without a land line

It is an all in one package so the service cant be divided. You are out of contract so are paying full price  contact the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to see what options are available to reduce your costs

You don't get any discount for not having a phone as the line is combined. It's all part of the package.

 

Some full fibre installations do not include a phone connection, but the cost is normally the same with or without.

 

If you have a phone boost yiu can remove this to save money. Is this what you are querying?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
