re-my talktalk connection and to get back on to my wifi

i made a complaint as i was told that there would be a fee for £25 then the man went away and when he came back he said he had made a mistake and infact it would cost £110 plus £25 so i was a bit angry. i then found a cable in my house so plugged that in and my wifi came back on for 4 days and now its went back off again. i would like to stay with talktalk and get wifi from £20 as the letter i got said they would do that.
