Hi can you please reset my profile as have had a lot of router restarts due to openreach playing with my exchange over the last 2 weeks and my speed has dropped because of it

Hi again you have sorted out my speed problem , it is a shame that we have to come to the community to sort things out as the rest of the talktalk group do not no how to fix items related to the internet .

@GSO111 if you are on an ADSL service staff will be able to optimise your line when the are back on Tuesday.
If you are on fibre, they cannot reset the line remotely, you'll have to wait until the automatic line management system (DLM) kicks in to restore your speed.
Only if you are below your minimum guaranteed speed will the line be considered faulty.
