yep tried 3 times with tech and got no where explained after the reset they requested to get the internet working that it got worse no wifi no wired connection no internet in the end as it was not accepted that the router was at fault 9 event though a third party router would connect after spending most the morning on the phone
i asked to speak to a manager (no one available)
and no replacement router either
not a happy customer
