router not delivered

My router was due to be delivered yesterday, to go live today. It has not been delivered. Please let me know when I can expect delivery.

I am a new customer. I am the new landlord of a property with tenants. The previous owner was a TalkTalk customer and I arranged to have the same service at the house, which required me to becoome a new customer and to have a new router delivered.
