I would like to terminate my home internet contract due to moving. How do I do this?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. You can't do it online, you have to call as advised previously.

Hello there @karinagot1, thank you for bringing this to our attention as it's a sad moment to hear you are leaving our family. 

 

To further cancel your account, kindly get in touch with our cancellations department using 0345 172 0088 Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm ; Saturday - 9am - 6pm ; Sunday - Closed.
