wi fi dropping out

my internet keep dropping out and robo says its a common fault, can it be fixed? maybe a new router, please stop telling me to turn it on and off i have done this multipull times it is getting to the point i need to look at a new supplier for my internet, please fix this Thank you

If you wish you can also try using google DNS - 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 to see if this helps improve stability :

As you say it's a known fault.
A new router will not help as the fault will be replicated
Engineers are actively working on it and it's been raised as an incident to the highest level.
Unfortunately the old rebooting trick is the only relief at the moment. Dome people have tried changing the DNS servers, but have still experienced the issue.
