As with so many others, my internet is repeatedly dropping out since Saturday, white light on router remains on. Restarting or a hard reboot restores the connection but only for a period of time (can be 30 mins to a few hours), then it drops again. Live chat hopeless in terms of providing any help and all other routes lead me back to it.
I opened a case on Saturday (ref REP-15095440) and received messages yesterday afternoon to say the matter is resolved. It is not. But I cannot report it as still not resolved as live chat not working. Using this forum in the hope of being able to register that I am still affected by the issue.
At the very least can TalkTalk please provide some meaningful updates on its website about what is happening and when we can expect a resolution - there’s just a very general message about broadband outages, I’m sure you would get a lot less queries like this one if we were getting some proper information!
