AOL is rejecting TalkTalk & Onetel emails

For the past three or four weeks emails from TalkTalk & Onetel senders have not been reliably reaching my AOL email.

It looks to me as if TalkTalk's sender reputation with AOL (and thus probably with Yahoo also) is very low and has been for some time.

Please can you help? What steps is TalkTalk doing to communicate with AOL/Yahoo to restore its sender reputation with them?

I have been able to test this by sending emails to myself at AOL from TalkTalk and Onetel with the following results:

(1) Test sending from my TalkTalk address to AOL produces (in my Outlook PC desktop client) an Undeliverable failure message from System Administrator "550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason", but there is no failure notification in TalkTalk webmail.

(2) Test sending from my Onetel address either:

(a) doesn't reach my AOL inbox and there's no failure message, or

(b) doesn't reach my AOL inbox and produces a Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender failure message from <mailer-daemon@mx-out.tt.xion.oxcs.net> saying:
"This is the mail system at host mx-out.tt.xion.oxcs.net.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can

(c) goes to my AOL spam folder.

I look forward to hearing soonest and I have put the various email addresses involved in my Private Notes in my Community account's Personal Information area, in the hope that this is what you need to progress.

Thanks and regards.
