  • Hi we had a engineer out yesterday he came in and did a test and he fixed the fault on the outside line came back in did another test to make sure everything was working ok but he fount another fault inside said it was the router the engineer we had out on the 2nd of January said the same as well so could we please have a new router sent out please we are still having problems this has been going on since the 29th of December or will thank you
