Something has happened earlier this afternoon that's currently preventing me using the Outlook 365 client on my laptop to send and receive emails from my Tiscali account. I can see the emails using webmail but I rely on Outlook, so would like this fixed. Can someone in the know please help?
***Update*** For some reason this page will not let me add a reply! To answer the staff members question: yes i can send and receive email through the web browser, But Outlook is consistently reporting that it cannot access the imap server.

I have been doing more work on this and I am not convinced this is actually a TalkTalk issue. It looks like something has caused the SMTP mail server (outgoing emails) password to be erased in the email client. Putting it back seems to have resolved the issue. Hello there @Gordon_r, have you tried accessing your Tiscali emails via webmail using the Google Chrome browser?
