I can't send emails to another TalkTalk account, and I can't receive emails from that account either.

Thank you so much for the support @Gliwmaeden2

@Vonney1, this is @Badger11's own thread, if you check back to the original post.

You need to unsubscribe in your own settings if you don't want to keep receiving notifications when people post on the thread - it's because you posted on the other customer's thread yourself that you are getting follow ups.

Staff only respond to the original poster, which was why you were asked to start your own topic if you needed support. In fact your own thread was this one:

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Outgoing-Emails-Stopped-Working-Or-is-Problem-Actually-Wit...

You need to adjust your own settings, to avoid receiving notifications of posts to other people's topics.

Hi there @Badger11 I would love to look into this for you. We will need to complete diagnostic checks.

This time I was, but there are other times when it says it’s been sent but the recipient doesn’t receive it. It is random. It doesn’t happen every single time. I keep having to check with the recipient to see if it’s been received.

Does this happen when you using webmail? Thanks

They’re emails from one TalkTalk.net address to another TalkTalk.net address. Sometimes they get through and sometimes they don’t. It’s very random. Seems others are having a similar issue.

Hi there @Badger11, please confirm if this is happening only on that specific domain or is this happening for all domains. Thanks

I am no longer and for several days receiving emails at my main email address (which has a talktalk suffix). I suspect this is associated with an email briefly seen a few weeks ago purporting to be from Talk talk asking for personal details and thus I assumed it was a scam and ignored it especially since I am a continuing Talktalk customer. This is very worrying as I fear I I am missing important mail. What is going on please and how do I return the service for which I have been paying for over 15 years?

@Ffcne and @Vonney1, please just follow up on your own thread.

There's a queue for attention and further posts delay the position in the queue for the original poster.

Hi, exactly the same thing is happening to me. I posted a query about this yesterday, but still waiting for a response. Tested this morning still not working.
