I have 5 mailboxes each with a number of alias' set up.
3 of the mailboxes are prompting me to subscribe and are blocking IMAP requests so are inaccessible
The remaining 2 of the mailboxes have be associated to my broadband account and are working correctly
Please resolve the issue with the 3 mailboxes

Hi there @PaulineElkington I am sorry to hear that, I have resubmitted the form for you and have asked for this to be flagged to the Email team for investigation, as we had submitted the form on the 5th of November 2025. Please do let us know, should your email services still not be restored after 48 working hours.

It takes 48 hours for the process, @PaulineElkington and if the resubmission was done today that means you won't be sure it's definitely sorted before late on Monday / Tuesday morning. The 48 hours doesn't include weekends.

The current status as described in my profile is accurate, 3 of my 5 mailboxes are inaccessible. This has not changed following any re-submission that may have been made.

I have resubmitted the form for you, however I was asking the above question to establish if maybe 1 or 2 email addresses were unblocked after the 1st form we submitted for you as you stated 2 are working.

Hi there @PaulineElkington I would love to assist you with your query, looking into your account the email addresses you have listed, are not linked to your TalkTalk broadband account, hence you are being asked to subscribe to Evermail. An escalation was raised for you on 05/11/2025, so that the email addresses will be restored. Just to confirm was any of them restored?
