I can't send emails to another TalkTalk account, and I can't receive emails from that account either.

Hi, exactly the same thing is happening to me. I posted a query about this yesterday, but still waiting for a response. Tested this morning still not working.

All done. Also have problems receiving emails from any iCloud account. Too many emails to list.

Please complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete Personal Information. 

 

Scroll down to PRIVATE NOTES.  

 

In here put the affected email addresses.

 

Scroll further down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff respond during the day, Monday to Friday, though hours may vary over the festive period.
