Been having exactly the same issues - Is there anyone on here who knows how to get this resolved as I'm at my wits end

How are you trying to connect? Webmail or an email client (email software) or email app and on what device?
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
Do you get signed in?
If using an email client that requires incoming and outgoing server settings and a secure connection you may need to check you're using the correct Email Settings and that your device supports a secure connection using TLS 1.2 standards. I can help with that if you need assistance.
