Cannot set up e-mail on Outlook

Hi I have an old lineone account, registered with Tal Talk but it stopped allowing me to send e-mail from Outlook yesterday. I deleted the account & tried to add it again but was told that there was a problem & the account could not be opened. 

Webmail is fine.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

There are ongoing problems with email at the moment and since about 36 hours ago, @ADline1.

 

Keep an eye on Service Status Dashboard for updates.

 

Not worth trying to set up anything till there's a clean bill of health.

 

If you need staff support, ensure that you have updated your community forum profile details (go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES). Staff need your landline phone number or Talktalk account number in there.
