I'm locked out of my talktalk webmail account user is deactivated how do I retrieve my emails I think Ive entered the incorrect password when signing in Ive tried changing password but still deactivated

Hi PhilipClark, make sure you'e always using the correct URL if you use the legacy URL you'll get the deactivated error.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Ok thank you I think Ive managed to retrieve the account not sure how!

Both you and your wife cannot access emails via the same sign in, @PhilipClark ?

Make sure that the affected email addresses are noted in Private Notes, at the end of Personal Information.
You also need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Add your Talktalk landline number or account number; account holder's name etc.
Go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES.
