Hello there
My Mac Mail is STILL not working with IMAP settings, it has been well over a week now! I was told on Saturday, "Allow 2 full working days please. Friday 3rd and Monday 6th March. Come back on Tuesday 7th to let us know that your mailbox is fully functional or not.'...It every much not functional. I really also dont know why Talk Talk is putting all its customers through this! BTW, I can send email from my Mac Mail, but cannot receive or verify settings, which is odd. Please advise how to proceed. Many thanks.

Nobody in TalkTalk land is advising me or giving me a heads up on timescales to pass on to Community members.
I can see there are delays because of the way this is being handled. I have written to TalkTalk Management outlining a better process to manage these tens of thousands of users that have dismissed multiple previous notifications to use secure settings on up to date software. I have had no response to my suggestion.
I would like to keep you updated but I'm running blind. You do have webmail to keep in touch.

following on from this...4) Raise a new topic/start a new thread on here asking the support guys (who are great by the way!), to reactivate your email.... If you don't start a new thread they won't see your new request. If you already have a thread just comment that you have changed all your settings and need your email reactivated...this is why I started a new topic. !..

I was reading on the Community Page, it might have been old tho, to start a new topic. So apologies for that. So what is going to happen then about the issue? Please can you advise, as I have followed the advice so far RE the 48 hours. Now what? Best

Who requested you to post a new topic for an existing topic on which you are enquiring?
Does ordinary logic not say "I have a question about my existing unresolved topic so I should post on that topic"?
