Hi,
I keep getting an error message that says "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
This happens quite frequently, particularly when I'm trying report phishing e-mails. The one just now was an e-mail to my daughter.
I'm using @talktalknet and it's very frustrating. Please help.

Hello there @She1987,
Just checking to see if you have tried sending the phishing emails when attached to a new email instead of forwarding them. If yes, did you still receive the error message?

Hi Bill and Gliwmaeden2
I'll give that a go and see if that soles the problem.
Many thanks to you both.

@She1987, as Billx says, forwarding won't work.
It's nothing at your end, just a quirk of Talktalk's systems and has been for many months.
You need to append it as an attachment in a new email.

As I suggested, @She1987 , why don't you try sending the phishing emails attached to a new email?
Avoid forwarding.
Save the phishing email to a local folder on your device, open a new email, attach the saved email to the new email, and send.
Delete the saved email.
I works for me.

I'm forwarding the e-mails. Sometimes they are sent and sometimes I get the error message

Hi, @She1987
Are you sending the phishing emails attached to a new email?
Recently TalkTalk staff have reported that if you are 'forwarding' them, that error might occur.

Sorry for the delayed response but your e-mail was in the spam folder. Yes, it is still happening but not all the time. It mainly happens if I try to forward to either to the talktalk phishing address or the government scam address as I seem to get a lot of phishing stuff. It's an intermittent problem but when I get the error message it seems to come up every time even if I switch my laptop off and back on again. I've just tried two now, one brought the error message up and the other sent to phishing ok.
