I haven't received anything about email charges.  I still have talktalk broadband so will the charges apply to me?

Hey there, @BevCol. Indeed @fr8ys is right. The email changes in question to emails are subjected to customer with no active TalkTalk Broadband account.

No, it only relates to those who no longer have broadband.

 

Some people who have left, then rejoined have received the email but these are being attended to.

 

If you have not received a mail, you need not worry 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
