as with other members, emails to sky.com email from tiscali.co.uk email are being rejected.    I am adding to those affected.   Just had a rejection from a yahoo.co.uk email as well.

Why private message.  I find them an annoyance.  You have my email in my profile.  

xxxxxxx@tiscali.co.uk.  It has been going on for ages.  Read the thread and others.

Now with you Tiscali email we can help because as you say we took over and that's true, but not with Gmail account you have to contact google for that.

the problem is that TT a long time ago were still trying to repair the domain mail reputation. 

I have an @Tiscali email account which I've used since before talktalk took over.

You need to escalate this.  Is stephenF still about?

Hey there, @davep. You are reporting an issue with your Gmail account to TalkTalk; you do not have a TalkTalk email account. 

 

We need do not have any issue helping you, but we can't help with you a third-party email client to TalkTalk, hence the advice to contact or reach out to Gmail.

any answer to my problem of emails being rejected?  Don't want anything other than a solution now.  It is costing me time and sanity as well as possibly late delivery of medical supplies.

I don't subscribe to the silly statement of "reaching out".

Message 8 says all systems working well.  What more do you want.  Are you sorting / can you sort the problem.  I don't see need for these questions.  Search the forum - there are loads of examples.  I may have to move if this is the level of support.

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

The ones below are the ones I know at this time. 

It is not a new thing and there are others on the forum with similar problems. 

It is irritating and needs sorting out.

Someone, possibly not you, must have the solution but don't seem to do anything. 

Just to clarify:  I can send and receive emails from my THUNDERBIRD email client, just SOME get rejected and returned as stated in earlier post.

I will need to look into it for you. So just to confirm are you only receiving the rejections when sending emails to the email addresses you confirmed above or is it happening to all email domains that you try to send an email to?

If that is your interpretation.  What is to be done about it?  Some thing are important, like sorting out an ongoing long time problem affecting your customers.

And the message wasn't passed to from my gmail to my client email - just when I thought it was over.

Yes, however you are saying you are getting rejections when trying to send your emails so this means you are unable to send emails.
