Everymail shouldn't know anything about you, @kathnmicksherwood, as a current broadband customer, but staff will complete a webform for you to make sure that your email addresses are linked to your Talktalk account.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
