I suggest you power off the 'phone for a few minutes, repower and carry out a browser reset and then retry.

 

Looks like you were signed in to your mailbox and were carrying out an action for the Address Book.

 

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
