I do not know which "Label" fits, so chose the first one.
I keep getting an error message box saying -
The provided login data to access e-mail server imap.talktalk.net seems to be wrong. Please correct them.
I do not know how or what needs correcting. My email seems to be working. Any help please\/

Hi maureenh
I believe you will be using TalkTalk Mail via an Internet browser sign in when you see this error message. I would also believe that your primary mailbox has been migrated to the new TalkTalk Mail platform. Just confirm that's the case if you would.
The reason for the error message is that it relates to one of the added secondary email accounts. The encrypted password for the secondary email account in question will not have been carried over from the former mail platform and therefore will need correcting.
The first check to make is to sign out of the primary email account and sign in to the secondary email account. An Internet browser will support only one mailbox sign in at a time. The sign in to the secondary email account is to check that you know the current password.
