My email has been hacked. I cannot receive emails

Tried connecting help line but was 32 in the queue. What can I do

Just because you cannot access your email, does not mean that it has been hacked at all, probably just a fault that needs fixing.

 

How do you access your email, via webmail or an email client? If an email client is this using IMAP or POP3. What domain is your email address? Is it a talktalk.net one or one of the other ones TalkTalk have inherited? Please do not put your full email address in here, as it is a public forum that can be seen by anyone in the world.
