I’m unable to access my emails. The issue seems to be to do with my passcode, I’m told it’s wrong but I recently formulated it and wrote it down accurately. However, my problem is that when trying to change the password I can’t access emails to get message from you. I’ve tried through my mobile phone but, same problem in the end

Please add the email address and mobile number that you want using for password reset in private notes in your community profile. You need to post back to let me know when its done so that I can get your password reset tool updated.
