I understand @Jenny451 Our Email Team are looking into why emails are being misclassified as junk, particularly for Gmail and Hotmail users. The issue was escalated, and we have not received any feedback yet.

But only recently been happening.  SO.  Annoying!

Yes it is the RECIPIENT’S emails going into junk.
I have friends also with TalkTalk having same problem. It is mainly with Gmail and Hotmail.  Please sort.

Thanks for the like, @Mandisa-TT . At TalkTalk, it is called the 'Allowlist'. Maybe at other email providers, it's called 'safe sender list'.

Thank you @Billx

@Jenny451 Thank you for reaching out. If your emails are going into recipients’ junk or spam folders, it’s usually due to how email providers filter messages rather than an issue with your TalkTalk account.

You could ask your recipients to add your email address to their safe sender list.

Hi, @amahle-TT

I think @Jenny451  is saying, that her own emails, when reaching the recipient, are put into the recipient's Spam folder, rather than the recipient's  Inbox folder.

Because all email providers have different rules regarding Spam emails, there is not much that @Jenny451 can do from here.

Possibly the recipient of @Jenny451 's emails can set up some filter rules.

Please refer to this link, try to set up your filter rules and let us know how it goes, thanks Using TalkTalk Webmail
