I've been having some trouble with my btconnect email as they no longer support outlook so I had my website people make me an email address with my company name at the end.
They switched it over to outlook and for the most part looks pretty good (apart from the send/receive button not working) however once I sent an email to my 500 odd customer base I got maybe 20 ping back as undeliverable.
I got two different types of undeliverable emails back. 15 emails were "Your message was rejected by the recipient email server". 8 of these were tiscali and 7 were talktalk.
I also had 7 emails come back with "The recipient's domain, ****, doesn't exist". These are mostly custom domain emails. Most of them being something.plus.com.
My overall hunch is that Tiscali and Talktalk obviously don't like my new email account and have flagged it as spam or whatever. Could anyone confirm? and if there are any workarounds to it? For the 7 that came back as they didn't exist, I have sent plenty of emails to them before so I'm a little confused.
I have had replies come through from the emails I sent earlier but a lot of them could have gone into them as spam.

TalkTalk carries out authentication checks and will examine the SPF file for your domain, check for DKIM signing and will check the DMARC policy. If your outgoing mail does not pass the authentication checks it will be rejected.
What is the Return-Path email address on your outgoing emails?
