Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

Hi - Have set up an account with everymail with the £5 Monthly option. I am receiving emails ok, but still cannot send emails from any of the accounts, which isnt great as I need to send mail out from one of the accounts for university stuff within the next few days. It is impossible to "chat" to AI as I am just going round in circles.

Hi there @Space_Captain, if you've already subscribed to Everymail I suggest you contact them as we won't be able to do anything much from our end as they are handling your emails now. I have provided a link below directing to chat, please try again and I'll be here for you to give me updates on the progress. Thanks

I have seen a message asking me to contact Everymail direct. You CANNOT chat to a human, because of the chatbot asking you to take out a subscription which you ALREADY have. There is simply no way of talking to a human at that stage.

No, I don't have the problem, but I am very concerned about the general problem.

The issue has been escalated for Space_Captain by one of our staff members.
@Billx if you're encountering the same problem, please create your own thread, and we will assist you.

Thanks @Space_Captain
So the same nonsense.
Instead of keeping you at Everymail, it brings you back to TalkTalk, still displaying the red banner.

So @Space_Captain,
What do you see when you log in to the Everymail Mailbox Manager at https://tt.everymail.com/myaccount/#/login ?

It's obviously a shambles, @Space_Captain
Try not to worry too much about it.
It looks like most people affected, are trying to wait.

Chatting with the bot does not give access to a human. When signed in to everymail it redirects me to Talkltalk mail, which then asks for me to subscribe.

We unfortunately do not have access to the website of Everymail because they are a separate entity to us now. You will have to chat with the bot until you are redirected to a representative from Everymail

I understand, please visit EveryMail Support (https://everymail.com/support). Let me know if you are able to get through to support when using the link or if you are still getting the message you have provided.

This is what I receive back.
"Thank you for providing the verification code, (name).
Since you are an Administrator but have not yet subscribed to Everymail, you currently do not have access to live chat support. However, as an admin, you can subscribe to Everymail to gain access to these features.
Would you like assistance with the subscription process? If you have any specific questions about your account or need help with something else related to Everymail, feel free to ask!"
As previously stated I am subscribed!

I understand. I will kindly ask for you to once more try the chat option to see how far you can go with is.
on 31-07-2025 11:49 AM
Hi - it is only chatbot as far as i can see
on 31-07-2025 10:50 AM
Have you tried getting in touch with them through voice services?
on 31-07-2025 10:46 AM
Apparently I need to "Assign "Admin Role" to a mailbox to allow directly advanced support access via support widget" which I cannot see how to do that. As I have said previously i cannot chat to a real person only a chatbot. It is ridiculous.
