I am unable to see my folders. They are there in Mail/Folders but I am unable to see them. Why is this?

I see Drafts/Sent/Spam/Trash/Archive - No folders

If I select the three bars then settings/mail/folders with an option "Subscribe to IMAP folders" but checking this has no effect

You should see MyFolders in the left hand side of the webmail menu under INBOX.

I see nothing called "MyFolders" or an arrow
