Hi @Ozric1 let us know if you have tried the last post suggestion and if you still need assistance.

You could try again with Firefox opened in safe/troubleshoot mode, i.e. without any extensions (addons) and customisations. To do that, close any open Firefox windows, then hold the Shift key down whilst clicking on the Firefox shortcut icon, and when you see the pop-up window where it says "Use this mode of Firefox to diagnose issues.", click on the Open button.

You could also check whether that email address still appears in bcc, if you put an email address in 'Always add to bcc' [gear wheel icon -> All settings -> Advanced settings -> Always add to bcc].

If you are unable to find anything that is causing it, then it seems you are left waiting on the update from TalkTalk on the escalation that @nambuso-TT  raised.

@sabelo-TT , @nambuso-TT was escalating this to the background team to look into.

Maybe check with them if they have found anything as yet.

@Ozric1 did you try accessing Webmail from an alternative browser?

This will confirm if any script has been applied to your existing one.

From your comments, it seems that you are saying an email address appears in the bcc when you create an email using TalkTalk webmail, and this does not happen if you create an email using an email application.

I can think of two mechanisms by which that may be happening. One is that the webmail advanced settings option to include an email address in the bcc field is being used. The other is that there is a script running in your browser that is adding an email address to the bcc field, when you click on the 'New email' button.

You say you have checked Advanced settings. I am still unclear why you refer to cc/bc, when the setting title in the Advanced settings is 'Always add to BCC'.

If you are saying the Recipient field for 'Always add to BCC' is empty, then that leaves the other option of a script running in your browser, but I fail to see why someone would go to that trouble when there is a far easier method available to someone who has gained access to your email account, i.e. use the Advanced settings option.

It is not clear to me whether your response "Nothing in the cc/bc." is confirmation that you checked webmail 'Advanced settings' to see whether there is an address in the 'Always add to BCC' entry. Here is a link to my comment that describes how to find it:

In webmail, there is an 'Always add to BCC' in Mail, 'Advanced settngs', To get to it, click on the gearwheel, then on 'All settings ...', select Mail on the left, scroll down and click on 'Advanced settings', and then scroll to the bottom.

@Ozric1 I seem to recall a similar issue earlier in the year that was referred to the email team.

However I can't recall the outcome and it may not have been resolved, nor can I find the thread.

The e-mail address being added was similar to their own one. Is yours?

Can you please complete your profile and in the Private Notes field add the email address that is being added to the bcc field.

Thank you.

@nambuso-TT any ideas as I'm out of suggestions, but this may need to be referred if someone has added some code to effect this behaviour
