OK, Ady-TalkTalk. To keep you happy I am putting this in a separate Post. Though I suspect that it relates to other reported problems.
The Webmail (TalkTalk Mail or whatever it is now called) software seems to presently be in a mess. As of yesterday, when I try to run it on my Windows 10 PC, the browser window just displays a spinning circle in the centre. Though I can still access Webmail from my PC running Windows 7.
Which is fortunate, since when I logged in to this forum I had to enter a Security Code which was sent to my e-mail address. Otherwise I would have been prevented from logging in to the forum, to report that I could not access my e-mail. And I would have been even more annoyed.
I also can no longer access Webmail from an almost identical PC which I have, which is running Windows 8. Through the Google Chrome browser.
Guessing that the children, who “write” the TT s/w, have been installing “upgrades” again. - When it is working, just leave it alone, please.
If I had to guess at the origin of the problem I would suggest a dodgy cookie. My Windows 10 PC is my PC of preference, as it has a SSD.
