Hello,
I hope everyone is well.
I am receiving a red banner on my TT webmail, saying I need to subscribe to Everymail for £50 a year. I already have TalkTalk broadband and home phone, and I log in to check my bills with my TT email address.
If I go to Mailbox manager, I can either subscribe OR add another email address. When I chat online to TalkTalk, I get so far and then I get disconnected. I've tried 3 or 4 times. When I get through to someone, I'm given the same Mailbox manager link.
Please could someone help me? I hope I've got my Account number in my profile and the email address in my private notes. Many thanks!
