Depends on the programme you are using.
Look for an export or save command.
Best thing to do is look in your programmes help function for saving emails and follow the instructions.
If that doesn't help try another program on your PC such as Thunderbird, add your account and see if that has the function you seek.
Or search the internet for best program to download emails.
