Since Monday our Lineone email account have stopped working in Outlook and Apple Mail . Tried deleting and reinstalling without any luck.  Any ideas

If its on a different account number your payment won't have any affect on that mailbox. You'll have to send me a personal message with the affected email address and account number requesting that I link it to your paid account and if I can I will link it for you.

The second email on a different phone is still not working. It is a different account number. I have tried reinstalling and getting error “no password provided for Lineone “

Hi Meadow65, do you have a current active paid for TalkTalk account? It sounds like your mailbox has been limited to webmail only and typically that happens when an email address isn't linked to an active account.
