Assuming that's a typo re £15 a month, @HugAvoider ...?

 

Staff are only on here between c 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, so you will need to check into the forum during these hours to make headway with staff replies, while they try to sort this out for you.

  • I did not receive any information about the migration to Everymail
  • There is a screen that pops up when i log in asking me to subscribe for £15 a month
  • The webmail logs me out within 30 seconds of logging in, so cannot attempt to send emails from the account

Hi there @HugAvoider. I am very sorry to hear this. Did you receive any communication from us about your email account being migrated to Everymail?

Is the sign-up option available when you login to your email account?

Are you experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

@sabelo-TT Has there been any movement on this? I have logged onto my webmail and it says it will be deleted at the end of next month.
