I am an existing Broadband account holder. Please confirm that the legacy email address that I have listed in my profile is linked to my broadband account and that my email address and service will be maintained without additional charge.

In another e-mail dated 26th June (17:07) from Talktalk Customer relations I was asked to create a gmail address. Does that gmail address also need to be linked to my broadband account? If so how do I do that linking?

Okay I understand and I have submitted a webform so that your email addresses listed on your profile can be linked to your active broadband account. The comm you received from us stating that you should subscribe to Everymail was sent in error since your account is active, I submitted a webform for that so we can stop any further comms related to this movement going your way. Thanks

Yes I received an e-mail saying I had to subscribe to Everymail.

Hi there @CrazyTime. I can confirm that the email addresses listed on your profile are not linked to your broadband account and just to confirm did you receive an email stating that you must subscribe to Everymail?
