Linking email address to broadband account

Hi, I have received an email about changes to email addresses. I have legacy email addresses, from a previous broadband account, that I would like to link to my present account. Could someone provide assistance?

Hi @alisonpat I have located your broadband account and it is active and I have filled in a webform for your emails(that you added on your private notes) to be excluded from the moment, You will not receive any further communications regarding signing up for OX Mail, and there will be no charges for email services since you have an active account with us.

Hi amahle-TT, As Billx pointed out, I do have a current Broadband account. The email addresses originated with a previous account.

@alisonpat  already  said 'email addresses that I would like to link to my present account' I.E. my present TalkTalk broadband account.
