I have also recently lost access to my email when I try via Windows Mail or on my Iphone/Ipad. I have checked that I have the correct password and email settings on the respective mail clients but still get the authentication error message.
I can access emails via the Talk Talk webmail but would like to also use other mail clients.
Could I also please be added to the list of those to be restored to full service?

We've officially got to tell you 48 hours from when its logged. Often its the same day.
