Hi,
I received an email about having to pay for my TalkTalk email address as I was no longer a customer.
The email was linked to an account that was closed but we still have a current TalkTalk account. The email address was actually created using this account in the first place then later I associated it with the account that was eventually closed.
However there is no option in the current active TalkTalk account to add the email address to this account. I believe we can have up to 5 email addresses.
Please can you advise.

Good morning Cbendel. I can see that you have an active broadband account and you will not be affected by this. I will now fill in a webform for you so we can stop any further comms related to this coming your way.

I don't think they have thought through the ramifications, @Cbendel, because of more complex histories.
