Tuesday
Sent an email from: x@tiscali.co.uk to: x@talktalk.net; x@tiscali.co.uk
After 10 minutes,
Nothing received by the inbox folders of x@talktalk.net; x@tiscali.co.uk
Then I went via TalkTalk webmail
Then I checked the spam folders at x@talktalk.net; x@tiscali.co.uk
and found the missing emails there, in both
Then I moved each of them from the spam folder to the related inbox folder.
Then I went back to the email client
Then very soon after, I received each of the emails at the related inbox folder, of the email client.
I then repeated the above, in the other direction:
Sent an email from: x@talktalk.net to: x@tiscali.co.uk; x@talktalk.net
The same long procedure and the same results.
What the hell is going on?
Are the OX people completely incompetent?
Or is it just their AI?

I've carried out 8 tests and show the results below.
Can the OX people or their AI do the same tests, and see where they have gone wrong?
I often use 'new OUTLOOK', but also TalkTalk webmail.
Using 'new OUTLOOK' cannot always solve the problem.
For some emails, if TalkTalk has put them in the SPAM folder, 'new OUTLOOK' cannot see them or ignores them, and just leaves them there.

Oh,
a simple email from x@tiscali.co.uk to x@talktalk.net without being whitelisted will go the SPAM folder.
a simple email from x@talktalk.net to x@tiscali.co.uk without being whitelisted will go the SPAM folder.
a simple email from x@talktalk.net to x@talktalk.net (you can't whitelist this) will go the SPAM folder.
(This because a TalkTalk email address can't whitelist itself.)
Only
a simple email from x@tiscali.co.uk to x@tiscali.co.uk without being whitelisted will go the inbox folder.
So, even if one cross-whitelists both,
you cannot do a successful test email from x@talktalk.net to x@talktalk.net
