Misdirected emails to spam folders

Sent an email from: x@tiscali.co.uk to:     x@talktalk.net; x@tiscali.co.uk
After 10 minutes,
Nothing received by the inbox folders of x@talktalk.net; x@tiscali.co.uk

 

Then I went via TalkTalk webmail
Then I checked the spam folders at          x@talktalk.net; x@tiscali.co.uk
                                                                             and found the missing emails there, in both
Then I moved each of them from the spam folder to the related inbox folder.
Then I went back to the email client
Then very soon after, I received each of the emails at the related inbox folder, of the email client.

 

I then repeated the above, in the other direction:
Sent an email from: x@talktalk.net to: x@tiscali.co.uk; x@talktalk.net
The same long procedure and the same results.

 

What the hell is going on?
Are the OX people completely incompetent?

Or is it just their AI?
