Yesterday 18th February, No Tesco emails, 7hrs delay on important emails, plus various others that I might not necessarily know about. Whats going on, moving home is stressful enough without not receiving important documents when everything is now done electronically

Hi Kags67, are you seeing the delays when using webmail or is it only using an email client?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
