Missing e-mails

Hi, Suddenly any e-mails that Sainsbury's send me are not arriving, which means I'm not receiving acknowledgements of online orders I have placed, nor a list of items sent. Can anyone help please?

Hi LindaK2, it'll be something triggering the mail filters to defer them or block them. Its most likely a fault or error with the filters and we'll need to get fault tickets raised to resolve this. Please send me a personal message with the full senders email address and the receiving/not receiving email address and I'll raise a fault ticket for you.

I have exactly the same issue and notice there are other posts on this forum from people not receiving Sainsburys emails so seems like it's affecting several people. I did a live chat with talktalk 2 weeks ago and had a call to say they changed something and they should start coming through as they were being held back for security checks and to contact Sainsburys and talktalk if they didn't. Done another live chat last week and they said to wait for Sainsburys to investigate as it could be an issue with them. Maybe talktalk could investigate all the reports of this together to see if there is a common link. My relative is receiving their emails but they are not with talktalk.
