Spam messages were sent out on Friday asking contacts for money. I can no longer receive emails, and need to be able to set up a new email system

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Is your first stop and you can make changes there.
My personal preference is to never use an ISP email service, they are not portable and should you need to move ISP you could finish up with legacy accounts which are maybe not supported as well as they could be.
